What is the CPC advertising model?
CPC stands for “Cost Per Click”. In the CPC advertising model, you are charged for each ad clicked on the websites, based on the unit price that you have determined per clicks.
What is the CPM advertising model?
CPM stands for “Cost Per Mille Impressions”. In the CPM advertising model, you are charged for each ad displayed* on the websites, based on the unit price that you have determined per 1000 impressions.

What is the eCPM reporting model?
eCPM stands for “Effective Cost Per Mille Impressions”. In the eCPM reporting model, the total cost of your CPM and CPC ads are being reported once and for all as “Cost Per Mille Impressions”.
What is Real Time Bidding (RTB) and what does it provide to my campaign?
Real Time Bidding (RTB), is the selling of each ad space on a web page to the advertiser who offers the highest unit price, within a time frame that is as short as the loading of the page.

While deciding for the ads that will be displayed on websites, Wordego considers many criteria and selects the ads instantly.

Therefore, each (CPM or CPC) ad that will be displayed on a website differs depending on many criteria such as; the category of the site, the content of the page, the location of the visitor who views the ad, and whether the visitor is subject to a re-targeting or a re-marketing provision.

While choosing the (CPM or CPC) ad to be displayed on a site among all the ads that have met the display criteria, the system matches the ads with real time bidding system and display the ads with the highest "Performance Coefficient" (Unit Price x Click Through Rate) at all times.
What is online ad targeting and what does it provide to my campaign?
Online ad targeting is the use of real time digital targeting techniques, to bring brands together with their existing or potential customers.

Wordego performs online ad targeting by using various techniques such as;

- content targeting,
- location targeting,
- re-targeting, and
- re-marketing.

What is content targeting and what does it provide to my campaign?
Content targeting is a sort of online ad targeting for bringing the visitors together with the products and services that are relevant to the content of the web pages that they are visiting.

Wordego uses text mining techniques to determine the categories of the websites and the contents of the web pages in real time, and allows you to show ads only on the websites with the categories you select, and on the web pages having the contents you have determined.

How can I create an advertising campaign?
In order to create an advertising campaign, you must enter to “Create Ad Campaign” page on the Wordego Management Panel.

On the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you can;

1. Name your campaign,
2. Determine the advertising model, the display duration and time, and your daily budget,
3. Determine the category of the websites, the content of the web pages, and the location of the internet users which your ads will be displayed,
4. Decide whether your ads will be subject to a re-targeting or a re-marketing provision,
5. Determine the websites which your ads will be or not will be displayed,
6. Determine the unit price of your ads per display or per click.

After selecting your criteria and submitting your preferences, your campaign will be created and will be ready for adding ads.
How should I determine my advertising model?
In the CPC advertising model, you are charged for each ad clicked on the websites, based on the unit price that you have determined per clicks. It could be appropriate to choose the CPC advertising model if you aim to direct your target audience to your website.

In the CPM advertising model, you are charged for each ad displayed* on the websites, based on the unit price that you have determined per 1000 impressions. It could be appropriate to choose the CPM advertising model if you aim to increase brand awareness.

How can I determine my ad displays’ date range?
In order to determine your ad displays’ date range, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Schedule Date” option to “Open” position.

The start and end dates that you will set in this section, determine the date range of your campaign’s ad display.

If you leave the “Schedule Date” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without any date range limitation.
How can I determine my ad displays’ day and time range?
In order to determine your ad displays’ day and time range, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Schedule Day and Time” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the day and the time range of your campaign’s ad display.

If you leave the “Schedule Day and Time” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without any day or time limitation.
How can I limit my campaign budget?
In order to limit your campaign budget, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Limit Budget” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the daily or weekly budget limit of your campaign.

If you leave the “Limit Budget” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without any budget limitation.
How can I determine the website categories which my ads will be displayed?
In order to determine the website categories which your ads will be displayed, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Target Site Category” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the categories of the websites which your ads will be displayed.

By this means, Wordego enables you to display ads only on the sites that are relevant to your target audience’s interests and allows you to save on advertising budget and increase the return of your ad investments.

If you leave the “Target Site Category” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without targeting any site category.
How can I determine the page contents which my ads will be displayed?
In order to determine the page contents which your ads will be displayed, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Target Content” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the content of the web pages which your ads will be displayed.

How can I determine the keywords which my ads will be or will not be displayed together?
In order to display your ads on the pages containing or not containing some keywords, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Target Word” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the web pages (containing or not containing some keywords), which your ads will be displayed.

By this means, Wordego enables you to display ads only on the pages containing or not containing some keywords and allows you to save on advertising budget and increase the return of your ad investments.

If you leave the “Target Word” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without targeting any keyword.
How can I determine the geographical locations which my ads will be displayed?
In order to determine the geographical locations which your ads will be displayed, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Target Location” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the geographical location of the website visitors whom your ads will be displayed.

By this means, Wordego enables you to show ads only to the consumers located in your service area and allows you to save on advertising budget and increase the return of your ad investments.

If you leave the “Target Location” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without targeting any geographical location.
How can I display ads by targeting people that have previously clicked on my ads?

2. On the “Add Display Ad” page, add display ads to your campaign which you want to show to these people,
3. On the “My Display Campaigns” page, get your “Re-Marketing Code” and paste it within the body tag of your website’s codes.

When you do this, Wordego tracks people on the websites who have previously visited the product and service pages of your website, and re-displays them the ads of the relevant products and services regularly.

By this means, you can stay in touch with your potential or existing customers, show them exclusively personalized ads and divert them to complete a desired action by re-attracting them on your website.

If you leave the “Re-Margeting” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without targeting people that have previously visited a particular page of your website.
How can I follow up the conversion of my ad spendings?
In order to follow up the conversion of your ad spendings;

1. On the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Conversion Follow Up” option to “Open” position,
2. Get your “Conversion Code” from this page, and paste it within the body tag of your website’s conversion (sales, membership, etc.) page codes.
Example: <body>conversion code</body>

When you do this, Wordego tracks the visitors on the websites that have clicked on your ads, and reports their conversions on your website, on the “Conversion Report” page within the “My Reports” section.

By this means, you can track and measure the conversion of your ad spendings.

If you leave the “Conversion Follow Up” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without using the conversion follow up function.
How can I determine the websites which my ads will be displayed?
In order to determine the websites which your ads will be displayed, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Target Website” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the websites which your ads will be displayed.

By this means, Wordego enables you to display ads only on some particular sites, and allows you to save on advertising budget and increase the return of your ad investments.

If you leave the “Target Website” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without targeting any particular website.
How can I determine the websites which my ads will not be displayed?
In order to determine the websites which your ads will not be displayed, on the “Create Ad Campaign” page, you must bring the “Block Website” option to “Open” position.

The choices you will set in this section, determine the websites which your ads will not be displayed.

By this means, Wordego enables you not to display ads on some particular sites, and allows you to save on advertising budget and increase the return of your ad investments.

If you leave the “Block Website” option in “Closed” position, your ads will be displayed without blocking any particular website.
How can I determine my ad unit prices per click or impression?
You can determine the unit price of your ads per click or impression on the “Ad Unit Price” section of the “Create Ad Campaign” page.

Setting a higher ad unit price per click or impression in comparison with the ads having similar display criteria helps displaying your ads more frequently and in priority.

However, this criterion alone is not a sufficient condition. Among the ads having similar display criteria, the ad which will be displayed more frequently and in priority is the one that has the highest “Performance Coefficient” (Unit Price x Click Through Rate).
How can I add display ads to my campaign?
In order to add display ads to your campaign, you must;

1. Enter to “Ad Display Ad” page on the Wordego Management Panel,
2. Select the campaign name and the ad size that you want to add,
3. Upload the ad to the platform by selecting its file type, or paste it on the page as a code, or create a new banner ad by using “Create New Banner” option,
4. Determine the target URL address which the visitors clicking on the ad shall be diverted, and
5. Select the “Display Media” where the ads will be shown.

After submitting your operations, your ad will be added on your campaign.

Once you register your ad, your ad’s acceptability shall be inspected by Wordego administrators and you will be notified about the result within 24 hours.
What are the display ad sizes that I can add to my campaign?
You can add the following sizes of display ads to your campaign:

- (970x250) Billboard
- (970x90) Large leaderboard
- (728x90) Leaderboard
- (468x60) Banner
- (336x280) Large rectangle
- (320x100) Large mobile banner
- (320x50) Leaderboard
- (300x600) Half page
- (300x250) Medium rectangle
- (250x250) Square
- (160x600) Wide skyscraper
- (120x600) Skyscraper
Which display ad sizes should I use in my campaign?
Statistically, the highest performing display ad sizes are;

- (336x280) Large rectangle
- (160x600) Wide skyscraper
- (728x90) Leaderboard
- (320x100) Large mobile banner

Preferring these ad sizes in priority in your campaign, may significantly increase your campaign performance.
What must be the file formats of the ads that I will add to my campaign?
The file formats of the ads that you may add to your campaign are; .swf, .jpg, .bmp or .gif.
What must be the file sizes of the ads that I will add to my campaign?
The file size of the ads that you may add to your campaign is max 150 KB.
How can I determine the target URL address which the visitors clicking on my ads shall be diverted?
You can set the target URL address which the visitors clicking on your ads shall be diverted, on the “Target URL Address” section of the “Add Display Ad” page.

1. If the file type of your ad is .jpg, .bmp or .gif, you must set the target URL address in http://www.example.com format,
2. If the file type of your ad is .swf, you must set the target URL address in clickTAG URL format (<embed src="banner.swf?clickTAG=http://example.com">).
How can I determine the display media type which my ads will be displayed?
You can set the display media type (web and mobile / mobile only) where your ads will be displayed, on the “Display Media” section of the “Add Display Ad” page.
What is the reason of disapproval of my ad?
The probable reasons of disapproval of your ad could be; your ad or the website which the ad is diverted is in contradiction to the conditions of the Wordego Advertisers Contract, the visual characteristics of the ad are inappropriate, or the ad's clickTAG parameter is incorrect.

The disapproval reason of your ad must have been mentioned on the e-mail that has been sent to you concerning the subject.

Once you take the necessary steps for regulating the inconvenience, you can add the ad on your campaign again.
What is the renewal frequency of the data reported on the Wordego Management Panel?
In Wordego everything is performed and reported online. The information reported on your management panel reflects the values of the exact moment when you enter the page.
How can I add credit to my account?
In order to add credit to your account, you need to;

1. Enter to “Add Credit” page on the Wordego Management Panel,
2. Determine the amount of credit you want to add, and
3. Select the payment method you prefer.

If you select the credit card payment method, you will be diverted to “Garanti Bank Secure Payment Page” and you can realize your payment under full security through 3D Secure certified virtual POS infrastructure. Your payment shall be transferred on your account immediately.

If you select the wire transfer payment method, you need to make a wire payment to Wordego’s bank account by specifying the reference number provided to you. After submitting your payment by clicking on the "Approve" button, your transaction will be inspected by Wordego administrators and your payment shall be transferred on your account within 24 hours.
Does Wordego ask me credit card information?
Wordego never asks for credit card information from its users.

During the payment process via credit card, Wordego users are diverted to “Garanti Bank Secure Payment Page” and they realize their payments under full security through 3D Secure certified virtual POS infrastructure.
When does my ad expenditures invoiced?
Your ad expenses are invoiced on monthly basis, on the last day of each month.
What are the forbidden ads?
In respect to the conditions of the Wordego Advertiser Contract, the ads that are considered as forbidden are as follows:

1. ADs which are not directly related to the product, service or content on the page that is opening after clicking on the AD.
2. ADs which start an automatic download operation after clicking on the AD.
3. ADs that belong to landing pages which are hard to enter or leave.
4. ADs that are related to websites which are only or essentially designated to show ADs.
5. ADs that are related to a bridge page (a web page which is designated to divert visitors to a different website).
6. ADs that are related to inactive domain name sites (websites that contain web pages showing only advertising indexes and links).
7. ADs that are related to websites which copy the contents of other websites by using “mirroring”, “framing” or other techniques.
8. ADs that are related to malicious softwares (softwares which are designated especially to damage computers or softwares running on them).
9. ADs that are related to websites using phishing techniques (changing a website to seem like another website in order to collect users’ personal information).
10. ADs that are related to promotion of hacking, by providing instructions and hardware to access or modify softwares, servers, mobile phones or websites in illegal ways.
11. ADs that are related to websites that encourage hostility or violence concepts; and/or advocating any hostility against a company, person, group, nation, ethnic origin, color, national origin, religion, disability status, gender, age, seniority status, sexual orientation or sexual identity; and/or warping historical events against interests of a group; and/or encouraging people to harm themselves or inciting violence against humans or animals.
12. ADs that are related to websites promoting; tobacco or tobacco related products (cigarette, cigar, pipe, wrapping paper, electronic cigarette or its refills etc.); alcohol or alcohol related products; drugs or synthetic pleasure giving substances; herbal drugs; chemicals and compounds having psychoactive effects; tools for using drugs and products to pass the tests of aforesaid products illegally.
13. ADs that are related to websites promoting; any kind of weapons (pistols and rifles, their pieces and equipments, ammunition, bombs, knifes, throwing stars, etc.); devices designated for causing serious damage or injury; fireworks or firework show materials.
14. ADs that are related to promotion of gambling or gambling related products.
15. ADs that are related to promotion of sexual services for adults, escort services, prostitution or any other sexual services for adults.
16. ADs that are related to promotion of any kind of pornography or sexual products.
17. ADs that are related to delicate subjects (unpredictable or exceptional social events such as natural disasters or political insurrection).
18. ADs that are related to selling or promotion of imitated products.
19. ADs that are related to copying or distribution of materials protected under copyright.
20. ADs that are related to financial support or donation collection.
21. ADs that are related to getting forged documents and titles.
22. ADs that are related to promotion of illegal academical helps providing unfair academical advantage (getting exam questions beforehand, giving an article which was prepared by someone else as if it was his or her own original study, taking an exam for someone else, etc.).
23. ADs that can violate valid official trade sanctions if published.
24. ADs that are related to promotion of products designated to obstruct the application of traffic rules.
25. ADs that are related to promotion of political candidates or political parties.
26. ADs that assert being a subsidiary of WORDEGO and/or being in a business partnership or in any other kind of private relationship with WORDEGO, without being clearly authorized by WORDEGO.
27. ADs that are related to; preparation and distribution of prescription drugs; active pharmaceutical ingredients or herbal and dietary supplements including hazardous substances; products which are promoted as their usage is trustworthy or efficient to avoid or cure an illness or sickness; products which are not approved by government or products which cannot be sold with prescription; products which are intimated or asserted to be as effective as anabolic steroids; products which are intimated or asserted to be as effective as weight loss medicaments that are being sold with prescription; products which are intimated or asserted to be as effective as impotency medicaments that are being sold with prescription; products containing Ephedra’s; products which are intimated or asserted to be effective in weight loss or weight control; products of DHEA and melatonin; products asserting false or misleading statements about health, products promoting HIV tests that are carried out at home; products promoting paternity tests; registration or attender acceptance for clinical experiments; abortion; and any other products and services that can harm human health.
28. ADs that are related to promotion of products gathered from animals in danger of extinction or endangered animals.
29. ADs that are related to facts which are contradictory to current laws and orders.
What are consequences of displaying forbidden ads?
In case of determination of any forbidden ad displays on your account, your ad and/or campaign, and/or account shall be suspended without secondary warning.

If your ad is suspended, the display of your ad shall be stopped and your ad shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs.

If your campaign is suspended, the display of all ads in your campaign shall be stopped and your campaign shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs.

If your account is suspended, the display of all ads on your account shall be stopped, and all your campaigns and ads shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs together with your account.

If your account is suspended, the credit balance on your account shall be returned via wire transfer on your bank account within approximately 45 days following the last day of the month in which your account is suspended.
What happens if my ad is suspended?
If your ad is suspended, the display of your ad shall be stopped and your ad shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs.
What happens if my campaign is suspended?
If your campaign is suspended, the display of all ads in your campaign shall be stopped and your campaign shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs.
What happens if my account is suspended?
If your account is suspended, the display of all ads on your account shall be stopped, and all your campaigns and ads shall be removed from the Wordego Online Programs together with your account.
What happens to the credit balance on my account if my account is suspended?
If your account is suspended, the credit balance on your account shall be returned via wire transfer on your bank account within approximately 45 days following the last day of the month in which your account is suspended.

But in any situation, Wordego shall not pay the dues amounts that are less than 25 (TRL, USD or EUR). Wordego may keep the dues amounts less than these in exchange of administrative fees.
How can I change my corporate account to personal account?
In order to change your account type from corporate to personal, you must send a requirement e-mail to support@wordego.com.

Afterwards, your operations will be executed as soon as possible.

In order to change your account type from personal to corporate, you must send a requirement e-mail to support@wordego.com.

Afterwards, your operations will be executed as soon as possible.
How can I change my corporate account company name?

How can I change my personal account owner?
In order to change your personal account owner, you must send a requirement e-mail to support@wordego.com.

Afterwards, your operations will be executed as soon as possible.
Can I change my account curreny unit?
The currency unit you’ve determined while creating your account can not be changed afterwards.
How can I close my account?
In order to close your account, you must send an e-mail to support@wordego.com and require the closing of your account. Your account shall be closed within 10 working days from the receive date of your request.
What happens to the credit balance on my account if I close my account?
If you close your account, the credit balance on your account shall be returned via wire transfer on your bank account within approximately 45 days following the last day of the month in which your account is closed.

But in any situation, Wordego shall not pay the dues amounts that are less than 25 (TRL, USD or EUR). Wordego may keep the dues amounts less than these in exchange of administrative fees.
