We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to act as the vital link between Wordego Inc.’s cutting-edge solutions and our valued clients. In this role, you’ll nurture client relationships, guide them toward achieving their business goals, and ensure seamless adoption of our AI-powered platforms, Wordego and Sortext.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Represent Wordego Inc. with professionalism and empathy to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Develop and execute tailored strategies that align Wordego Inc.’s platforms with the customer’s business objectives, ensuring measurable results and satisfaction.

Guide clients through a seamless onboarding process and conduct in-depth training sessions to help them fully adopt and leverage Wordego Inc.’s advanced platforms, Wordego and Sortext.

Proactively monitor client engagement with the platforms and offer customized recommendations to ensure optimal utilization and value delivery.

Regularly analyze customer activity and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement.

Act as a problem-solver for escalated customer issues, developing creative and timely solutions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Partner with clients to design and execute strategic campaigns that maximize their marketing and advertising outcomes.

Communicate customer feedback effectively to cross-functional teams, contributing to the ongoing improvement of Wordego Inc.’s products and services.

Regularly check in with clients to identify opportunities for growth, ensure satisfaction, and preempt potential issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.

Excellent spelling, grammar, and usage in English, German, or French.

At least three years of experience in a customer-oriented position, preferably in advertising, marketing, or ecommerce technologies.

Strong understanding or interest in advertising, marketing, and ecommerce technologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and listening skills.

Passion for collaborating and building strong relationships with customers.

Passion for testing, measuring, and improving customer performance and follow-up effectiveness.

Ability to stay organized and autonomous, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.

Ability to work effectively within a professional environment and collaborate with the team.
