WORDEGO SERVICE ORDER FORM FOR RESELLERS

This Wordego Service Order Form for Resellers (“Order Form”) is made by and between Wordego Inc, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal office at 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 1212, Chicago, Illinois, 60654, USA (“Company”), the below-mentioned authorized reseller of the Company (“Reseller”), and the below-mentioned entity or individual (“Customer”). Hereinafter, the Company, the Reseller, and the Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

This Order Form is an integral, non-severable, and legally binding part of the Wordego Service Agreement for Resellers (“Agreement”) available at https://wordego.com/legal/service-agreement-for-resellers and also attached hereto. By signing this Order Form, Parties acknowledge, declare, and agree that they have entered into the Agreement and are legally bound by its terms.

Integration: Following the signing of this Order Form, the Customer will provide the Company with access to its Google Tag Manager account. The Company will analyze and process the Customer Data; set up the Services on the Customer’s Web Store; and customize the Services’ types, contents, and visuals for the Customer.

Pilot Trial: The Pilot Trial refers to the Customer’s right to use the Services on their Web Store free of charge during the Trial Period. The Pilot Trial commences on a date specified by the Parties, following Integration. Upon completion of the Pilot Trial, should the Customer wish to continue using the Services and provide written confirmation, they may do so in accordance with the terms specified in the Agreement. If not, the Customer will not be subject to any charges.

Trial Period: 14 days.
